Our boats can be considered "heavy duty" in terms of engineering and design.  We manufacture the entire structure to the finest of tolerances.  This is achieved by CNC-cutting all our components, setting them up using precision-built jigs, then laser leveling the structure and applying the strictest quality controls throughout the build process. 

We construct our boats with 5083-grade aluminium exclusively, employing 'ship building' space-frame technology, with transverse fames and longitudinal girders and stringers.  This construction method provides a much stiffer and stronger craft, resulting in a far superior ride.
